This 2 bed gite is fully equipped, sleeping 4 + Cot and room for your 4 legged friends too if you wish to bring them! The gîte has it's own private patio overlooking the canal for outside dining with a stone BBQ and sunbeds. A large heated pool amongst the olive trees and lavander with far reaching views of the mountains. 45 mins to the Med coast. The space Access to the property is on a very quiet road along the canal du midi and opposite the Lock. A large gated car park with an allocated parking space for each gîte. The accommodation on the ground floor offers an open plan fully fitted, well equipped kitchen, dining and a comfortable lounge area wth views to the canal. Downstairs there is also a seperate utility area and a toilet. Traditional wooden stairs take you to first floor with two bedrooms. One immacuately decorated King bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a large landing area a and freshly rennovated bathroom with a large shower. Outside is a large decked patio which overlooks the canal and the lock, a perfect area for relaxing or sunbathing whilst watching the boats meander past. Around the back of the property you have access to the larger shared garden, full of olive trees and our beautiful pool, which is open from May - October. If you are a cyclist, we have a locked garage which we can give you access to, to store your bikes safely. Guest access Canal view has it's own private entrance and is accessed via a stone driveway at the front of the property. The private patio garden and pool area are for guest access.
