This is a three bedroom one bath home in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are very close to local restaurants, entertainment, hospitals, Dayton businesses, and Wright-Patt AFB. The home has been newly furnished, newly painted, and new LVP throughout. We have decorated and supplied this place in a way that we hope makes you feel like this is your home away from home. There is a large fenced in backyard for the little ones or four-legged family members to play safely. The house will be 100% available for you to use the day you walk in. We have everything you need for a home cooked meal, a glass of wine, or even a cup of coffee (with a Keurig provided). The kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need. Washer and dryer are also available for use while you stay here. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house with smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. Guests have access to the entire house while they stay here. If you need to receive personal mail (bills, tax statements, etc.) please arrange to have them shipped to you via UPS, FEDEX, or arrange to have them forwarded to a local PO Box (which you acquire prior to your stay). We believe that most people don’t like to feel like they are being watched while they are staying away from home. We live an hour away but we have someone who is five minutes away to take care of any of your needs while you are here. You can also call us at any time We are within minutes of I 35, 675, and 75. This makes it easy to access several local Dayton businesses, hospitals, restaurants, and sites for entertainment. We are about a two minute drive to I 35, and a few minutes from 675 and 75. There are Uber drivers, Lyft drivers, local taxi companies, etc. available if you don’t want to drive your own vehicle. We provide lawn service in the spring and summer months, and snow removal (when over 2”) in winter months. Since this is a long-term stay of 30 days or more, we also provide salt for you to spread in the winter months. Make it your home and enjoy
