This beautifully remodeled and smartly laid-out home has a stunning kitchen with new floors, cabinets, sink, stove, and appliances. There is a large island made from reclaimed wood from the original kitchen. Perfect for making memorable home-cooked meals and warmly crafted dishes. You will find the home well stocked to prepare a full meal or to bring in some tasty local takeout. Passing through the kitchen, there is a small eat-in area in addition to a formal dining room next to the living room. The furniture in the living room is also newly upholstered. Next to the kitchen, is a small deck located just off the side of the house. A large apple tree stands next to the deck. Use the deck to sit back and enjoy your cup of coffee or linger outside with a glass of wine. There is also a fully manicured grass yard. In addition to the kitchen, living room, and dining room, there is also a half bathroom and a new washing machine and dryer on the main level of the house. Head upstairs from the living room area to the two cozy bedrooms each with queen-sized beds. The bedrooms share a fully remodeled bathroom with a new vanity, lighting, and shower tub combo. Each bed comes with comfortable pillows, linens, and warm blankets. The bathroom is stocked with soft fluffy towels, locally sourced bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, and a hairdryer. Centrally located in downtown Dundee, The Wayside sits in the heart of Dundee. Stroll down to the main street for a great mix of local eating establishments and downtown tasting rooms such as Dobbes, Methven, and Alit. Or venture just outside the city to nearby wineries such as Duskey Goose, Domaine Roy, Winderlea, and Bergstrom. Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, croquet) are available to rent upon request. Bring your pups too - they'll love roaming around as well in the large fully enclosed yard. The home is dog friendly! The two storage sheds and garage are off-limits and not available to guests. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $225.00 plus taxes and fees. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation. This ensures the home stays fresh and well cared for throughout your stay. • Dog-Friendly (Dogs Only) We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable fee of $100 plus taxes and fees per dog. Any dog added after the booking is confirmed will be managed through the resolutions center. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and are not left unattended unless crated. • Other Pets: Dogs are the only pets permitted unless otherwise approved. If you would like to bring a cat, you must receive prior approval from both the homeowner and property manager. If approved, a $300 non-refundable fee plus taxes and fees will apply. • Pinot Car Wine Tours & Dinner Shuttle As part of your stay, we invite you to explore the Willamette Valley in comfort with Pinot Car Wine Tours, our sister company. Let us handle the driving so you can relax and enjoy the experience. • Quiet Residential Setting The Wayside is located on a peaceful private drive and is best suited for relaxed stays.
