Spectacular Waterfront, Poolside 1/1 Condo

This is the gem of my properties. It is a 1/1 waterfront property with the pool directly next to the back patio. It is a short walk to beautiful Treasure Island Beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and bars. It has new waterproof floors throughout, full kitchen, w/d, & a 58" smart tv. No cable, but access to apps for guests who use Hulu, FuboTV YouTubeTV, etc. ***A 1 page approval form is required & will be sent upon pre-approval. Please allow 1 week for the form to be processed and approved. The space Private back patio that connects to a shared pool area. Only 10 units in the building. It is a quiet, relaxing property. One covered parking space included; 4 guest spaces shared among all residents. Guest access The pool area is common area. Guests may also be on the lawn areas. Other things to note The building is a very nice, quiet, communal building with a shared pool. The Condo Association requires a short, one page, lease to be completed. It will be sent upon booking. Once returned it should take no longer than 2-5 days to receive approval, but please allow for a week. One or both people staying at the property must include their information on the application. We will arrange a check in time. Check out is by noon. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside of the unit.
