Resting on the shore of Lake Windermere, in the Lake District National Park, it’s brilliantly located to explore all the area has to offer. Guests love the large balcony, with tables and chairs for dinner & drinks overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The lake house is a converted boat house, family run and renovated for the enjoyment of the local area. The space As a converted boathouse, the Lake House is all on one level with stunning views out over Lake Windermere. The large open plan kitchen, living and dining room opens through double doors out onto a balcony with plenty of tables and chairs for dining with drinks. The TV is a smart wifi TV with Netflix access. There is also a coffee maker with complimentary coffee capsules, fully equipped kitchen and all the modern appliances you would expect. Bedrooms: Two King bed rooms one of which is ensuite, one family bathroom and a twin bed room. There is private parking space for 2 large cars directly outside. You have complete and private use of all rooms in property. SMOKING is not ALLOWED. Guest access The entire property is for your use, we provide access with a key upon arrival , information sent in an email, so you can arrive at a time that suits you. We do not live at the property and so you will be able to enjoy your privacy. That said, I am always available if you need anything or want some local insight.
