This stylish 2 bedroom villa is located in the lower reaches of the pastoral village of Islamlar, approximately 6-7 km from the popular resort town of Kalkan. Decorated in a contemporary style, everything has been thought of to maximize guests enjoyment, including a large garden area. The pool terrace is secluded from prying eyes due to its elevated position. There is also a curtain system to the pool for the use of guests wishing to feel completely private, be it for religious or other reasons. The space Entrance to the villa is through an enclosed garden area, which is equipped with play equipment including goal posts, table tennis, basketball net, and trampoline. It is an ideal place for more active holidaymakers to spend time, but there is also a hammock and bean bags here for those who prefer to spectate! A short flight of steps leads up to the villa entrance. The beautifully furnished accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge /kitchen / dining area which opens directly onto the spacious pool terrace. There is a large infinity pool some 13 x 4 metres and with a depth of 1.6 metres. The pool looks out across the Islamlar valley and can be made completely private by means of the retractable curtain system. On the pool terrace there are ample sunbeds, umbrellas, an alfresco dining area, a comfortable seating area, swing plus table football. Indoors there are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms . There is one double and one twin bedroom, which have direct access to the pool terrace. The double bedroom also has a magnificent jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is approximately 500 metres away from the nearest grocers shops and restaurant. Living Area: The villa's living area comprises of a spacious open -plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining area with full-length glazing to maximise views of the pool terrace and beyond. Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with all the necessary appliances, including : Open plan, modern kitchen with full appliance range. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom accessed from the lounge area, this large bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace, a large double bed, en-suite bathroom, flat-screen television, armchair, and luxurious double jacuzzi. Bedroom 2: Accessed from the lounge area, this bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and also has direct access to the pool terrace. Bathrooms: All bathrooms are en-suite to the bedrooms, and have a shower and WC.
