* Villa ASTERISK * is a sunny design villa with 14m long heated swimming pool. You can endlessly enjoy a pristine piece of Provence, in idyllic e Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, at the foot of the iconic Mt Ventoux. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. There is a petanque court, a cozy summer bar with plancha, lounge corner, sun terrace. Also a true cycling and hiking paradise, rock climbing, lavender and vineyards,markets... Welcome to the Magic ! The space GROUND FLOOR : unique contemporary loft, equipped with all modern comforts and air conditioning in every room. * Entrance with wardrobes made everywhere, where there is also a refrigerator and freezer * large open-plan cozy living space in which : --> modern American kitchen, with cooking fire, dishwasher, oven, microwave --> dining table, seating area, TV --> double bed 2 people, from where you can see the starry sky and Mt Ventoux. Nice and heated in spring and autumn ! * petanque court with coin-apero * large pool terrace with beanbags and loungers Other things to note We are Marie-Pascale and Erwin and lost our heart in "our" wonderful Provencal village : Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, located on the border of the Vaucluse and the southern Drôme Provencale. You will soon discover the picturesque Bar-du-Pont terrace, where there is always something to do: a coffee when you go for bread in the morning, a soda after a sturdy bike ride or an aperitif after a game of petanque under the plane trees. In our village of Mollans, you will also find all the necessary shops : grocery store, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, souvenirs shop, post office, .... Do you prefer the big supermarkets? Then you can find those 12 minutes further when entering Vaison-la-Romaine. Downstairs the natural slope that starts under our pool, you can take a beautiful water walk in the beautiful Gorges de Toulourenc. In a radius of 15 km you will also find Vaison-la-Romaine, Malaucène, Buis-les-Baronnies, Brantes, Nyons and Montbrun-les-Bains. Avignon, Nîmes, Arles, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence are also easily accessible. Most of them know Provence for summer holidays. But also during the other seasons it is wonderful to stay there " as a God in France " : the beautiful color palette under a still blissfully warm autumn sun, winter fun in the Mont Serrein ski station, on Mont Ventoux ( one of the oldest in France ) and the wonderfully feeling sun rays of the burgeoning spring. In Avignon is the closest TGV station. By plane you can easily get there via Marseille, Nîmes and Avignon.
