* Villa ASTERISK * is a sunny design villa with 14m long heated swimming pool. You can endlessly enjoy an unspoiled piece of Provence, in the idyllic Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, at the foot of the iconic Mt Ventoux. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. There is a petanque court, a cozy summer bar with plancha, lounge corner, sun terrace. Also a true cycling and hiking paradise, rock climbing, lavender and wine fields, markets... Welcome to the Magic! The space GROUND FLOOR: unique contemporary loft, equipped with all modern comforts and air conditioning in every room. * entrance with built-in cupboards everywhere, where the refrigerator and freezer are also located * large open cozy living space in which: -> modern American kitchen, with stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave -> dining table, sitting area, TV. -> double bed for 2 people, from which you can see the starry sky and Mt Ventoux. Nice and warm in spring and autumn! * Petanque court with coin-operated drinks machine * Large swimming pool terrace with beanbags and sun loungers Other things to note We are Marie-Pascale and Erwin and lost our hearts in "our" lovely Provencal village: Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, located on the border of the Vaucluse and the southern Drôme Provencale. You will quickly discover the picturesque Bar-du-Pont terrace, where there is always something to do: a coffee when you go for bread in the morning, a soft drink after a hearty bike ride or an aperitif after a game of petanque under the plane trees. In our village of Mollans, you will also find all the necessary shops: grocery store, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, souvenir shop, post office, etc. Would you rather go to the big supermarkets? Then you will find them 12 minutes away when driving into Vaison-la-Romaine. Down the nature slope that starts under our swimming pool, you can take a beautiful water walk in the beautiful Gorges de Toulourenc. Within a radius of 15 km, you will also find Vaison-la-Romaine, Malaucène, Buis-les-Baronnies, Brantes, Nyons and Montbrun-les-Bains. Avignon, Nîmes, Arles, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence are also easily accessible. Most people know Provence for summer vacations. But also during the other seasons, it is wonderful to stay there "like God in France": the beautiful color palette under a still blissfully warm autumn sun, winter fun in the ski resort Mont Serrein, on the Mont Ventoux (one of the oldest in France), and the wonderful feeling sun rays of the budding spring. Avignon is the nearest TGV station. By plane, you can easily get there via Marseille, Nîmes and Avignon.
