This is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath built inside of a garage. This is a warm and cozy home with custom trim and large windows. It sits on 20 acres with a 2.5 acre pond below the house. You can ride to snowmobile trails right from the house. There are trails through the woods to walk, ski or snowshoe. You can find many lakes 10 miles away with public access. The house has wifi, 55" TV, washer and dryer, and a full kitchen for cooking. The space There is lots of room for parking even with snowmobile trailers. You park in front of the building or in the back. Be careful parking on the sides in the winter because if snow slides off the building it can damage cars.
