EDISTOPIA - A Bodacious Beach Block Beauty!

Across the street from the beach, it's a three minute walk to put your feet in the sand! Being so close means you can easily dash home for lunch, naps, cocktails, whatever you need. No need to drive once you arrive! Enjoy sunset AND sunrise skies and water views from multiple decks in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath roomy, colorful house that's comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. The Magic of Edisto Beach on the Sound is right outside our windows! We watch the dolphins go by daily.... The space Three minute walk to Beach Access 36. Sunrise and sunset views every day year round. The weather on Edisto Beach, at our end of the island, is truly part of the magic. With front and back entrances and a long concrete driveway, plus outdoor hot&cold privacy shower, Edistopia is our half of this 1970 three-story-turned-duplex. It's spacious, comfortable and allows for comfortabel group gathering and plenty of private sleeping spaces. Two bedrooms have their own decks and the upstairs Crows Nest bedroom has amazing water views and sunset colors. Other things to note 3nt minimum stay required on holiday weekends year round. 3 to 5 nt stays required in peak season. Priority given to bookings of 4 to 5+ nights in peak summer season . Pets allowed, dogs only. No cats. $100 per pet. Prior approval REQUIRED. Renting guests and ALL attending adults must be at least 25 yrs old. Children with adults are allowed. Charcoal grill available. Some beach chairs available but we can't promise condition. Bike rentals and golf cart available on the island. Outdoor shower has hot and cold water and privacy changing room. It's great! Docks out back do not belong to us but it's an easy put in place for kayaks when the tide is up. Sometimes neighbors will allow you to use their docks but please ask.
