The space What you should think about: MODERN DESIGN – My unit has been updated designed with a modern layout with all the comforts of home! CLASSIC BUILDING - This is a classic building that has six floors. It is mixed vacation rentals “like mine” and long-term tenants. SPACE - This 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. It’s perfect for up to three guests but can sleep up to four guests in a pinch (though it will feel very snug at full capacity) CLOSE TO EVERYTHING - Our building is just minutes from Wynwood, Midtown, Downtown, Miami, the beaches, Miami Airport, Port of Miami, Downtown…etc.… Enjoy being minutes from it all and retiring after a long day to your quiet and relaxing unit. NOISE - There are a lot of new buildings in this area, and this means construction around my apartment. - One Bedroom unit with 1 King/1 Sofa Bed and Full Kitchen. - Stocked Toiletries including Toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner. - Electric entertainment selection, including Roku - Free Parking Onsite. - Free High Speed WIFI IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY To ensure a seamless check-in experience and maintain the security of our property, please review the following: Secure Registration & Verification: After booking, you will receive instructions to complete a quick identity verification through our Secure Registration & Verification process via Charge Automation. Booking Policies: LOCAL - Local guests or guests with a local number (starting with 786, 305, or 954) must contact the host before booking. The person booking must be the one staying. Third-party bookings are not allowed. The name on the reservation must match the government-issued ID provided during the verification process. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property Other things to note Edgewater is primarily a quiet, residential and waterfront neighborhood nestled on the shores of Biscayne Bay, enjoy it’s surrounding that has a lot to offer. - My team, David and I will be happy to assist you whenever you need us. Rest assured we will take excellent care of you during your stay. - We ask that guests be considerate of noise levels. At all times, loud music is prohibited, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. - The building has an elevator and it’s 6 floors. - Daily housekeeping is not included. However, we are delighted to send towels and toiletries as needed. - Please be aware that parties and the use of illegal substances are prohibited and will result in a $250 fine. We also require you to report any missing or damaged belongings within the first 24 hours of your stay. - No Pets Allowed - Tropical insects are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that insects might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows & doors closed and store food appropriately. - There are security cameras in the exterior spaces of the building. We use Airbnb's multi-listing feature, which means that there may be slight variances to the unit layout. Our units are popular and from time to time we may replace a piece of furniture, or it may show normal wear. Please be assured that all, amenities and sleeping accommodations will be the same.
