The Pepper Tree Cottage is a great getaway with a country feel or a road trip pit stop on your way to all the incredible destinations surrounding this central location. From wine tasting & biking in Livermore area, to fishing in the big San Joaquin Delta. Easy access to I-580 and I-5 connects you to attractions such as Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, John Muir, Pinnacles, Redwoods, Golden Gate or Big Sur. The 4 airports close by: Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose or Sacramento The space This comfortable, beautiful modern style cottage is the perfect retreat in the Central Valley in California. Comfortable living room, beautiful new kitchen, work space and a spacious bedroom, you will feel right at home! NOTE: this is not a party location, only renting guests can be on property. The bedroom is upstairs and the stairs are a little steep. Make sure you use the railing while going up and down. There is no TV cable available but we have a smart TV with access to Netflix, PrimeTv or YouTube. Self check-in and check-out. Check-in after 4:00pm and check-out by 11:00am. - Private entrance from the backyard Policy on Pets - We gladly welcome all pets with a $35 per pet fee. This is to guarantee that all hair is taken care of for future allergy prone guests. Please notify us when booking your reservation :) No pets sleeping in beds or on couch please. Packages will not be returned or forwarded if you do not receive them during your stay***** Policy on Long Term Stays - For each week of stay there is a $80 cleaning fee. The place can be cleaned weekly while you stay or you can opt for it to not be cleaned while you're there. Either way there will be a $80 charge per week to clean. Guest access You have access to the whole backyard around the cottage. The backyard is fenced in and separate from the main house. Other things to note We might have people working in the garden during your stay. The flowers need love so please be understanding. Also we will have to check on our chickens and quail once or twice/day.
