Beach Access: The house is 0.7 mile (3 min bike, 15 min walk) from the closest public beach access. There are 4 other public beach accesses within 1.5 miles of the house. Pool: You have access to the pool/gym off village blvd, walking distance across 30A. There are also beach towels, toys, six beach chairs, and umbrella. The space WHAT TO LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME: -10-15 minute walk to Public Beach access -Rental comes with umbrella, 6 chairs, 6 beach towels, and beach toys -House is located a few miles down the road from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside -Property is managed by locally --Dog friendly (limit two dogs, with owner approval, non refundable pet fee of $100 applies). More dogs may be considered on a case by case basis with additional fees. SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT: Effective 2024 Walton County requires a short term rental agreement to be signed for all short term rentals. You must sign this document before your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. The home is steps from scenic highway 30A. There is free parking at the home for 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles.
