With stunning views of the rolling waves and ever changing sky, this cozy home is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family retreat. Situated on an oceanfront lot with easy beach access, you will be tempted to enjoy long strolls on miles of sandy beach. Situated on an oceanfront lot with easy beach access, you will be tempted to enjoy long strolls on miles of sandy beach. This three bedroom, two bath home has a spacious living/dining room where you can enjoy a family gathering. The large loft, with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, has a sitting area for watching television, a table to sit and play games, and a fantastic view of the ocean to watch for whales. The multi game table will keep you entertained as you choose between playing pool, ping pong, or air hockey. A grassy space next to the house gives you plenty of room to set up outside games or picnic in the grass. The path to the beach is a very short walk through the shore pines where you will find a sandy beach for building sand castles and searching for shells and agates! This home is perfectly located on the central Oregon coast where you can explore all the fabulous parks, forest trails, and beaches. Sleeps 6: 2 Kings (both can be split in to two twins with prior notice), 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa; 2 Baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (Strictly enforced- No street parking allowed) Winter: 2 night minimum Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. *Each home is individually owned. Guest access After 5pm, you’ll be able to enter the home from the electronic keypad using your personal code. The electronic lock is located on the front door.
