East ATX Bungalow-Dog Friendly & Early Check In

Modern, fully updated bungalow in the heart of East Austin The space My home is a fully renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath (1025 square foot) bungalow in trendy East Austin. With an open floor plan, you'll be able to comfortably cook from the spacious kitchen, have guests at the dining table and relax in the living space simultaneously. (Check the chest for board games & blankets for a cozy night in). The home boasts keyless entry, stainless steel appliances (including a washer/dryer for your use), stranded bamboo floors, LED lighting & under cabinet lighting, 40" flat screen tv, high speed wifi, an active security system, etc. The backyard is fully and securely fenced. The outdoor area is large and lovely complete w/ a Weber gas grill, outdoor shades, a turf space perfect for yoga (mats available in the laundry room) & a picnic, etc. There's also a firepit & seating! The location really can't be beat- it's less than 2 blocks to the town lake trail and easy walking distance to Juiceland, Sawyer & Co, Bento Box, Juniper, Blue Owl Brewing, Launderette, Lustre Pearl East, La Holly, Central Machine Works, Jacoby's, Grizzelda's, Lou's, Tillery St, and much more. After 2 miles on the trail, you'll find yourself on Rainey St where there's a whole new set of restaurants and bars. The house is conveniently located 2 miles from the convention center and is less than a 5 minute drive to downtown. The house is also 12 miles/20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas. Cabinets and closets not intended for guest use will either be locked or zip tied. This was my primary home before becoming an Airbnb so the casita has a cozy, home-like vibe. Staples, spices, detergent, cleaning products, etc are all available in the home. If you are looking for a hotel like vibe with empty cabinets, no art, etc this probably isn’t a fit! Up to 2 well behaved adult dogs are welcome, but they must be disclosed ahead of time. Fear not, no additional fees for dogs. Guest access Sometimes our RV is parked at the very front of the driveway. (When the RV isn’t there, 2 cars can park comfortably in the driveway). There’s plenty of street parking directly in front of the house. Also, street parking readily available for guests. Other things to note There is a large L-shaped couch that can comfortably sleep 2 people. (Please note, it is not a pull out sofa). There is a full size blow up mattress in the guest bedroom closet.
