There are large carspace at front of house and free off street parking nearby. This whole house has airconditioning at each room. Bedroom1: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe . There are 2 full bathrooms and toilets . The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven , grill, air-fry, microwave, large fridge , rice cooker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender , plates, bowls, cutlery, cups and glasses. The lounge room is open to kitchen with TV, sofa, dinning table and chairs. These are washing machine and dry machine with free of charge at laundry room outside. Check in from 3pm early check $75 if available. Check out latest 9am or $75 fee apply. Late check out must be asked in advance as our house keeper is schedule on time 9 am on check out date. The front gate is lockable and you can park maximum 2 cars at front property and share the driveway with the granny flat at the back . So DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY all the time.
