Sweet home for couple or couple with baby/toddler

Cozy, comfortable house on a very quiet and safe street in Oakland with no through traffic, perfect for a couple or parents traveling with a baby or toddler. It is 3 min drive from the freeway and the charming Dimond district with a French bakery, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store all in walking distance. Downtown Oakland & UC Berkeley is a short drive, downtown San Francisco is 16 min away! This sweet space is our home, but we won’t be there during your stay. The space Our home is perfect for a couple or parents traveling with a baby/toddler. You’ll have full access to all the spaces except some closet/storage area. Your full access to house includes: Reserved spot in the driveway for free parking 2 bedrooms: Primary bedroom with a queen size bed and a fully equipped WFH workstation; view of backyard with a lot of nature 2nd bedroom with a crib (Newton breathable mattress), changing station, easel, cute tiny desk/chair set & play kitchen; a perfect set up for your baby or toddler. Open layout kitchen and living room: Fully equipped Kitchen has new appliances, including Breville Espresso and latte machine, Soda Stream, kitchen helper, and barstools. Living Room is spacious with full sectional couch, high end foam area mats, and plenty of books for kids (and another WFH workstation). 1 bathroom: Low pressure water convervation shower head that mimics rain fall with sprayer (sprayer has high pressure and flow if you need that) & new vanity House is generally babyproofed (we have a 20-month-old toddler). Guest access Backyard (share with downstairs quiet elderly couple that loves to garden) Apple TV set up with Netflix, Disney, and HBO 2 fully equipped WFH workstations A lot of baby books & some books for you also  Private parking spot in front of the driveway New Samsung washer/dryer Other things to note Lots of baby/toddler gear available if you need it, just to name a few: High chair, RAD Pikler Triangle with Climbing Ramp, Gymnasium Foamnasium blocks, Baby food steamer/blender, toys. Simply ask and let us know what you need, we might have everything you need :) For those of you who doesn’t travel with a baby/toddler, don’t worry, we keep most of our baby gears in our garage. You can expect a house setup matching to the pictures show in the posting here The baby/toddler room around the door is unpainted, hopefully this doesn’t bother you. We had some minor remodeling to get ready for our little girl, but she came a little too early. Painting was hold off as we don’t want to expose her to new paint. The entrance is on the 2nd floor. This place is for 2 adults & 1 baby or toddler or just 2 adults.
