It is part of a tucked away cabin community close to Piedmont Lake. 🛋 Our guests will be welcomed into a warm inviting living room & kitchen area with a comfortable, wide sectional, topped with soft pillows and blankets to dive into relaxation mode. There is a record player and board games to enjoy quality time with your travel mates. 🌅 The sunset is magical from the porch with a lake view during late fall and winter months. 🥘The kitchen has modern appliances, except a dishwasher. It is fully equipped with all essential supplies you’ll need during your stay. Including a Keurig to enjoy your coffee on us. Some disposable plates and cups are available to get you started, but we recommend bringing some extra. Please discard food debris, grease or fats and coffee grounds, into the trash bin and not the kitchen sink, to keep the drains of the septic system safe. 🛏The master bedroom, located on the upper floor has a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. The second bedroom is on the lower level as well as a second full bathroom. All beds are ready to dive into fluffy comforters and comfy pillows. 👾The lower level is a great entertainment area, offering some retro fun with an arcade, futsal table and darts. 📺 In case you want to binge-watch your favorite show, the living room and both bedrooms have a smart TV. 🧑‍💻 High speed internet is also available for our guests. Bring your laptop and change from WFH to WFC. Guest access There is a fire pit outside, including plenty of fire wood. A gas grill is also available for our guests. There is no hot tub. There is no direct lake access from our property. Other things to note The cabin is located in the countryside of Ohio, where there is no access to city water or sewage. There is plenty water available from the build in water tank but we appreciate you spending water wisely. The new septic system is sensitive. Please be kind to the drain and ONLY flush toilet paper. Discard food debris, grease or fats, coffee grounds, harsh chemicals into trash bin and not the kitchen sink. SAFETY: There are large rocks and parts of the septic tank outside of the cabin. Please watch your children around them. BACK DOOR: Please be careful if you leave the cabin through the back door. FIRE PIT: There is plenty of fire wood outside to enjoy a nice evening around the fire pit. SUPPLIES: We provide a starter amount of paper products, cleaning products and toiletries. NO hot tub, no washing machine and no dishwasher. By booking this cabin you are agreeing to the following RENTAL RULES: 1. Smoking, candles, open flames not permitted in the cabin or on the porch 2. Only those in the guest party permitted to stay (max. 4 guests) 3. Neighborhood enforced quiet hours 10pm-8am 4. NOT a party cabin, do not book for parties 5. Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. 6. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings of the renter 7. Furnishings and appliances should be left in the manner provided to the renter 8. Use wood stove on lover level responsibly **Wood stove turned off April 1 - October1st** 9. Extinguish fire pit before you go to bed or leave property. 10. There is wildlife in the woods. Do not try to attract animals to the property. 11. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the renter 12. No pets allowed.
