Lakefront, family friendly home -Baseball campers!

- Lake/waterfront home on Goodyear Lake. - Conveniently located close to local baseball camps, SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick college - Large lake view patio and yard for games or campfires and lakeside deck and dock. - Enjoy swimming, excellent fishing, and watersports. Canoe, row boat, and pedal boat on site for guests. - Updated spacious home, including a fireplace and air conditioning. - Away from it all, but close to all amenities! The space Camp Havon, named after our daughters, is extremely cozy, yet updated for modern comforts: - You will find a warm cabin feel, topped off by an evening by the fireplace. - At the same time you will find updated decor, ending your day watching a movie on the Smart TV or staring at the lake through the panoramic front windows or the front porch while enjoying a beverage. - If you are not on the dock at the lake, enjoy the huge yard all to yourself. - Also, the space is stocked with all necessities (linens, kitchen utensils, outdoor/water games/toys, etc.) to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Guest access - Access to everything. During your stay it is your home. - Complete and uninterrupted access to all areas of home, its green spaces, and the lake. Other things to note From June through August it is baseball camp season! We gladly host baseball campers and their families for Cooperstown All-Star Village for their 6 night camp weeks. We rent to Cooperstown Dream Park families in weeks 14 and 15. Also, if you are attending Cooperstown Dream Park and need more than 6 nights, our property may work. Most likely you will need to stay at a hotel one or more nights as all rentals in the area stick to the 6 night rule, so 6 of your 7 or 8 nights will probably fall into our calendar - please just ask prior to booking - we will host you if we can! We’re very sorry Cooperstown Dream Park families for this limitation - in 2026 the schedules diverged for the first time so we had to pick one camp. However, as there will be guests checking in/out at the beginning/end of each baseball camp week, we only allow 6 night stays during this season. This is the norm for all rentals in the area. We understand the inconvenience this can cause guests coming from a distance. Generally, if coming from a distance, guests stay in a hotel for a night prior to heading to the lake as the hotels in the area do not have the 6 night requirement.
