There are new hardwood floors and beautiful furnishings including a large, comfortable sectional sofa for making memories with loved ones. The dining area allows for more formal dining and there is even a bar cart for the bartender in the family. The kitchen was recently renovated with new cabinets and Corian countertops and, the most popular dining space, a separate eat-in area where you may dine with nature right outside your window! There is a high efficiency laundry center located just outside the kitchen area for your convenience. The upstairs king bedroom suite is well appointed with a sitting area and TV, a large walk-in closet and a private ensuite bath promising a quality night’s sleep. Outside the upstairs bedroom there is a loft area with a sleeper sofa too. The second bedroom is a lovely, spacious king suite on the main level featuring a full private bath with tub/shower. The most desirable space of this Bohicket Marina villa is the furnished zen deck off the living room featuring bamboo bordering on one side and captivating views of the Bohicket River straight. Other things to note All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels on three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
