Maywood is a getaway that's still close to everything (23 mins to Tampa Airport, 17 mins to Clearwater Beach; I timed it!). Tucked in a quiet, walkable neighborhood, the house was remodeled in 2021, but what I (& guests) love most are the... • large, fenced-in yard • Wall-to-wall glass doors connecting the living room & patio • Lots of natural light, but both bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can sleep in • TVs in bedrooms & living room • High-speed wifi • Washer/dryer The space Our aesthetic is beachy, boho and modern. We try to keep things uncluttered while covering your needs, so you can unwind. The kitchen is fully stocked—from a Breville stand mixer to carbon steel and cast-iron pans and bakeware—so you can whip up just about anything. We've got folding chairs, beach towels, picnic baskets, an outdoor blanket, sand toys & more, so you're ready for beach and park days too. (And if you need recs, just reach out!) Our whole goal is to create a space where you can relax, reconnect and recharge, so when you go back to your regularly scheduled life, you feel refreshed & ready for anything. Guest access Contactless check-in! We have a smart lock and unique code per guest, so you can come and go as you please. The driveway easily fits two cars. Other things to note No additional Cleaning Fee! We've budgeted for that cost, hiring a licensed, insured team to clean from floorboards to ceiling between each stay. (They follow all CDC guidelines to deep-clean every room.)
