Stay in this spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath house right on the Pecos River at field Trip NM. Find your favorite spot on the wrap around porch and let the sounds of the river wash away all your stress. This Architect designed gem nestled in the Santa Fe National Park is the perfect getaway spot with friends and family. Fishing or relaxing on the shores of the Pecos are encouraged. This kid and dog friendly place will not disappoint! The space The light-filled open plan great room boasts an extra large dining table perfect for leisurely family meals, puzzles or that endless game of Monopoly with your favorite travel buddies. At night cook up a delicious meal in the well appointed kitchen or on the brand new gas grill outside. After dinner you can relax and watch your favorite DVD on the projector screen while relaxing on the perfect lounging sectional. The house is equipped with an old school Hi-Fi system and vintage speakers to enjoy your favorite tunes while snuggling into some fab Mid-Century chairs. The Porch House is one of the 3 Architect-designed, Interior Designer-furnished houses we have on the property. The Porch House, River Cottage & A-Frame are open year-round for the perfect getaway to the mountains. In the Spring, Summer, and early Fall, your on-property choices include Glamping tents for couples and families, as well as remodeled Airstreams & Spartan Trailers. The property also includes an open-air pavilion, a shared sauna, and a shared wood-fired hot tub (for use by reservation in the summer only). Enjoy a round of Bocce ball on our court or challenge friends and family to a game of Corn Hole. Relax by the river in abundant Adirondack chairs or nap in one of the property's many hammocks. Guest access The entire Porch House is yours to enjoy. We live on the property to attend to any needs or requests you may have. Other things to note The 2 bedrooms are outfitted luxe Casper mattresses and organic cotton sheets. Radiant heat will keep you cozy in the winter and the concrete floors stay nice and cool in the summer. Our elevation is 7,313ft and in the winter months we frequently get heavy snow storms. We strongly recommend a 4WD vehicle driven by someone with experience driving in inclement weather.
