The bright, open layout opens to cedar decks and a clear, shallow shoreline on a safe, protected lake with summer rafts to enjoy. As the seasons change, enjoy winter skating on site, OFSC snowmobile trails 30 sec away, groomed XC trails under 10 min. out, and Beaver Valley Ski Club nearby. The space The Cottage Layout Our fully winterized, open-concept lakefront home is thoughtfully laid out across two levels and an upper loft area, providing plenty of room for up to 4 adults and 3 children to relax. Main Floor Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Twin Bunk Bed Living Room: Bright open-concept space with an IKEA convertible couch, single couch, and 55" TV Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and chairs overlooking the lake. Bathroom: Full 4-piece bathroom. Upper Loft AreaLoft: Cozy elevated space featuring a comfortable double futon (please note that we don't include this as a sleeping area) Bottom Floor (Ground Level Entry) Large Mudroom: Massive entry space with heavy-duty hooks and room for storage—perfect for drying out your winter snowmobile/ski gear or storing summer beach bags. Bathroom: 3-piece bathroom Wellness Bonus: Access to our private, indoor infrared sauna to melt away stress or warm up after a day on the trails. Winter Access & Peace of Mind The cottage is located directly on a paved, municipally maintained school bus route. This guarantees priority snow plowing so you can easily arrive and depart safely in any weather. Parking Lots of on site parking and ample room for vehicles with trailers. Guest access Guests have full, private use of the entire cottage, lakefront property, and all amenities, with the exception of one locked utility room on the lower level. What You Have Full Access To: The entire main floor, loft, and basement mudroom. Our private indoor infrared sauna. The waterfront property, including the large cedar decks, firepit, and BBQ.All water toys: kayak, SUP, canoe, pedal boat and life jackets (available during summer months). Entertainment features: Prime TV, a wide selection of board games, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A fully stocked kitchen: Loaded with plenty of kitchenware, cookware, and a variety of small appliances for family meals. Ample on-site parking with room for trailers/toys Other things to note Our Story & Pride of Ownership I have proudly owned this beautiful lakefront property since 2001 and am only its second owner. My family has spent decades making unforgettable memories here. While we still love and use the cottage ourselves, getting everyone together has become more challenging as my children grow into adulthood. We are thrilled to open our family home for your loved ones to enjoy. Accessibility & Assisted Mobility Features The original owner custom-built this cottage to accommodate a family member who used a wheelchair. Because of this unique design, the entire main floor is highly accessible for wheelchairs and other assisted mobility devices. Flat Entryway: Seamless access directly from the driveway via a flat deck ramp (featuring only a very slight, easy-to-navigate downhill slope) leading straight to the front door. Main Floor Living: Step-free access to all rooms located on the main floor. Spacious Design: Extra-wide interior doorways and hallways with an open layout that allows for easy turning radiuses.
