This top floor unit has a Walk Score of 98 out of 100--Walker’s Paradise. Very clean. Hardwood floor. 3 min walk to the new U District Link station, the Ave, UW Tower, Trader Joe’s. 5-8 min drive to Children Hospital, downtown Seattle, Portage Bay, Lake Union and Eastlake. Easy bus to Amazon or Microsoft. The space A bright clean furnished one bedroom apartment on the very top floor (3rd floor, so no one walks above you) in a quiet building with only a 3-5 minute walk away from the University of Washington. It is located near 42nd St NE and NE 11 Ave. University Way is just two blocks over. Trader Joes, Safeway, Movie Theater, and a variety of diverse restaurants are a five minute walk away. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20+min in rush hour. * A full private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge and a range. *Furniture includes one a real queen bed and bedings, one futon/memory foam sofa bed, comforter and duvet, pillow and pillow case, night stand and lamp, dining table with 4 chairs, big desk and desk chair, towels and soap are provided, * carpet floor *fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove and fridge. *Free semi-private internet access. *coin-operated washing machines and dryers are on site & paid parking available at first come first serve policy. *It is in a safe neighborhood, never had any break-in for decades, however, you still lock your door and do not leave things in the car overnight. The building is U shape, CCTV in the front and back of the buildings. *convenient public transportation to anywhere in Seattle. 8 minutes to downtown if not in rush hour Guest access Laundry room (coin operated), wifi, off street parking lot parking (at a fee first come first serve) and all of the excitement and convenience in U District. Other things to note It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. Parking in our lot is $15 per day or $210 per month, if you're interested in a monthly pass that is cheaper per day, please contact me for a designated space to avoid being towed away. The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. It is on the 3rd floor corner unit. No elevator, but it is quite easy to climb to. Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. The laundry room is at the corner on the first floor next to apt #2. It has 3 washers and 4 dryers ($1.75 for washer and $1.50 for dryer). The trash can and yardwaste bins are in the locked room with a combination lock. The recycling bin is in the parking lot. 1) Every appliance is working perfectly fine, if one of the burner does not turn hot, it is loose from the base, just insert well, if the toilet tank has running water to the bowl, just press the handle one more, no need to be panic or complaining, if you cannot solve these problems, just let me know, we have checked that everything is ready to go. 2) Please reserve as the exact# of guests will come to help to build trust and transparency. The base rent is reasonable compared to the hotel room nearby. One extra guest is $15 per night with advance notice or $25 without advance notice. We keep the rate low for solo traelers but need to charge extra for the extra guests. If a guest only comes partial of the trip, please let us know, we only charge for the nights of the guest stay. kids over 2 year old is counted as a guest. 3) Absolutely no smoking, smoking must be 25 feet away from the building property, if cigarette smell is detected, we will keep the deposit. 4) The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. The cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for up to 1 month stay, if multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that monthly cleaning multiplies # of months.
