The location The barn house was built in 2021, where an agricultural barn once stood. The architect's house, built entirely of wood, is located on a quiet side street in the village of Tating, a rural village, directly in front of the extensive sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording (8 minutes by car). Small shops, bakery and shopping for everyday needs are within walking distance. The amenities The approximately 123 sqm vacation home is modern and exclusively furnished and extends over two levels. The beautiful wooden floor throughout the house gives you a cozy atmosphere. The large glass elements let in a pleasant amount of daylight. The cottage has three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed (140 x 200), the other two (180 x 200 and 2 single beds) are accessible via a spiral staircase on the upper floor. The beds are lovingly made upon arrival. In the living area there is a living area with a U-shaped couch and a relaxing armchair with a footstool. Take a seat in front of the large TV, enjoy the view through the terrace front into nature or warm up by the fireplace. The top modern design kitchen with cooking island motivates joint cooking activities and enables socializing. In the middle of the room you can sit at the dining table with 6 chairs. A highlight of the house is the spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, shower, two sinks, sauna and a convincing lighting concept for beautiful wellness hours. On the ground floor, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer and a guest toilet complete the picture. The outdoor area also stands out with its garden with dune wall and wooden elements. From here you can enjoy the unobstructed and enchanting view over the adjacent pastures. Garden furniture is available on the spacious terrace. Special features The wooden floor with underfloor heating gives you a comfortable feeling of space. Bicycles can be safely stored in a bicycle shed. Parking is available directly at the house. Please note that this house does not currently have an Internet connection. A mobile Gigacube is available, but the data volume is limited – therefore the house is deliberately offered without Internet. An initial set of bed linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional laundry packages can be added to the optional services. Please note that the house can heat up more during the summer months due to the open design and the skylights.
