The location The bright and modern vacation home is quietly located in a residential area on the outskirts of Husum in the Rödemis district, only about 500 m from Husum's outer harbor. You can reach Husum city center with the beautiful shops, restaurants, restaurants, cafés and the idyllic inland harbor in a good 10 minutes' walk. The train station is also only a 10-minute walk away. The amenities The vacation home with approx. 132 sqm of living space is equipped with everything you need for a nice North Sea vacation: The open kitchen offers a stove with ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle and toaster. At the beautiful dining table, family time with delicious food or game evenings are on the agenda. The open living room with its cozy seating area invites you to linger with a flat-screen TV (SAT). On the ground floor there is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. An open staircase leads to the upper floor with its three bedrooms with (1x 180 x 200, 1x 140 x 200 and 2 bunk beds). A TV is available in all bedrooms. The large bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and a nice sauna. On the gallery there is a cozy relaxation area with loungers and TV. The garden offers you a sun terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a beach chair. Special features The apartment is a non-smoking residence. We are happy to provide our guests with Wi-Fi free of charge. You can park your car conveniently in front of the house. An initial set of bed linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional laundry packages as well as sauna towels and bathrobes can be booked in the optional services.
