Clear communication is required to maintain a peaceful home. Heating & Safety The home is heated by a central heating system. Front rooms typically maintain temperatures around 65°F, while rear rooms average about 61°F. This range is intentional to manage humidity and moisture in our coastal climate and is sufficient to keep the house warm. Please dress up accordingly. Not a barefoot kind of weather. Portable or personal space heaters are not permitted due to fire safety regulations. Use of unauthorized heating devices may result in cancellation of the reservation. Kitchen access is limited to microwave use and small refrigerator storage only. No cooking or extended kitchen use is permitted . It needs to be very briefly limited to once a day not to microwave every meal .Guests needing full kitchen access may prefer our separate mother-in-law unit (check availability on the app). The living room is not available to guests. Host interaction is minimal and limited to matters related to the stay.
