If you come back in the afternoon from the beach only 50m away, you can enjoy the afternoon sun on the covered balcony with awning. An outdoor car parking space is reserved for you. A washer and dryer are available for shared use in the basement of the house for a fee. Plenty of entertainment is provided by a TV, Wi-Fi connection, and internet radio.
