Our tankless water heater provides endless hot water to sooth your sore muscles after a day on the slopes, swimming, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, hiking or standing all day at a wedding! Sleep soundly in our comfortable beds and wake up with our Keurig coffee maker and hot chocolate station! For visitors with sensitive allergies, our home has LVP flooring throughout. Pack Light: Pack half the clothes you normally need for a week and use our free washer and dryer along with a complimentary iron and ironing board. In-home Entertainment: Curl up and get cozy on the couch with a throw blanket and read your current book or watch a show on the 65” HD TV in front of the fireplace . You can park out of the weather in our carport with plenty of additional parking. The cozy back patio has lighting and plenty of chairs, a gas grill and gas fire table and a hammock with shade covering for the area. Plenty of yard space for the kids and pets to run around. Other things to note The large storage shed provides locked storage for your mountain bikes, snowboards, snow skis, kayaks or whatever your needs are. You have a covered carport and additional parking. On-site RV parking available (please check with for availability). Check in and out is super easy with our electronic keypad lock. The neighborhood is super quiet on a street that is out of the way of traffic. Holdaway Park is just around the corner, it is 3.8 acres, has walking path, children's playground, soccer field and places to sit and have a picnic or BBQ. Your kids and pets can run and play. BYU is 15 minutes away, Sundance Ski Resort is 35 minutes and Park City is about an hour away. Hobble Creek Canyon is just 10 minutes away and has awesome walking and bicycle trails and the amazing Hobble Creek Golf Course. There is also hiking and mountain bike trails, snowshoeing trails and winter mountain biking. Springville has Bartholomew Reservoir Park which has a beach, fishing, paddle boards and covered pavilions available, it’s fun for the whole family and only 8 minutes away!
