The Garden Tap House Historic Piper Street

Garden Tap House is located on Historic Piper Street, Kyneton and is walking distance to the regions' premier restaurants, shops and bars. The Garden Tap House is a short drive to Victoria's central wine region. The accommodation is great for couples, groups, & families and features 3 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and two bedrooms with two king singles in each. The backyard is a shared space with a cafe named the Courtyard. The space - 3 bedrooms; 1 queen bed, 2 king singles, 2 king singles - 1 bathroom, w/ bath & separate shower - 1 powder room - 2 living areas - TV, DVD player, iPod dock - kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, microwave - gas & electric heating Guest access You must climb stairs in order to get to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is no wheelchair access to the upstairs area. Please note there is a cafe in the backyard, which is a separate business not managed through the accommodation. Guests are welcome to utilise the table and chairs near to the rear door. However, during business hours, customers may be using the setting. Please be respectful of the space after hours. Other things to note Please note, there is a $30 fee per extra guest, per night; bookings with 3 to 6 guests.
