The Fairview House is a mid-town cottage built in 1939 and is located directly across the street from Expo Square (Fairgrounds) in Tulsa. The house has been totally renovated and is making it's debut as an AirBnB in Spring of 2021. While retaining the charm of it's era with hardwood floors and original woodwork, it's has been modernized with new appliances, furniture, and contemporary features for the comfort of guests. Enjoy relaxing on the front porch or a walk in the neighborhood. A fenced back yard is also available to guests. Off street parking available for 2 vehicles on private driveway. House is a short walk across the street to the fairgrounds and other events at Expo Square and only one mile from the campus of the University of Tulsa.
