Large living room with 2 sofas and a very large flat screen TV. The patio has a dining table and barbecue. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 6 persons. The Wilen train station is walking distance. We have a large Laundry Room and storage. Indoor parking and Plug-In Hybrid SUV available for rent. Our neighborhood is in a quiet residential area called Wollerau. The swimming park is a 4 minute drive away. There is a large shopping mall in Paffikon which is a 5 minute drive away. The mall has numerous shops, cafes, restaurants etc . . . You can drive up to Klosters in one hour if you feel like going up for a ski. You can also reach the beautiful town of Rapperswil by car in 10 minutes. From Rapperswill you can have a great day out by taking a great boat ride all the way to Zurich and having lunch on the boat! Lake Zurich can be reached by walking or by car. There are 2 shops and a gas station a 2 minute drive or fifteen minute walk from the flat. The Wilen train station is a five minute walk away and the bus stop is across the street.
