This charming spacious house is perfect for family/friends trips or work crews. Conveniently located between downtown and WEM(both 10 minutes by car), you'll be a short drive from everything in the city. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with Queen beds-2 on the upper floor, 1 on the main floor and 1 in the basement and 2 foldable sofas. It's fully equipped with everything-with fast WiFi,TV, fully equipped kitchen. Spend the summer days and evenings in the gorgeous backyard that is great for BBQs. The space The whole house and backyard is yours to use - including the basement!(unlike many other listings). This stylish house is close to downtown and WEM(both 10 minutes by car) and you'll be a short drive from everything in the city. Walking distance to fast food (McDonalds) and some restaurants, close to Telus science centre and a short drive outdoor/indoor pools and gyms. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with Queen beds- 2 on the upper floor, 1 on the main floor and 1 in the basement, and 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bath tub and the other one with a shower. There is lots of space as there are 2 living rooms and a separate dining room(can be used as an office too), but there's also a dining table in the kitchen. There's a separate office space in the basement as well, so the space is perfect if there are multiple people working from home. Also very suitable for working crews since there's lots of space for everyone. The living room in the basement contains 2 more expandable sofas, so 2-4 people could be comfortably accomdated there as well. Guest access Guest can use everything available - the whole house is at your disposal, including the washer/dryer, backyard BBQ and the single car very large garage. The whole house, including the basement is yours to use - there are no other guests or tenants on the property! Book for the right amount of people staying and if you have pets bringing with you make sure you include them in the booking. Other things to note Dishes at the end of the stay, lawn moving and shoveling snow in winter months during long term stays is expected from you. Additional cleaning, lawn moving and shoveling can be arranged for extra charge. There is no city sidewalk to shovel, but you might want to shovel the garage access. It will be shoveled upon your arrival. NO SMOKING inside or you will be charged! Please book for the correct amount of people. If you have pets, it is your responsibility to make sure nothing is damaged or excessive cleaning required. It might result in extra charges. It is your responsibility to pick up pet feces in the backyard if there are any, otherwise you'll be charged. Garbage gets picked up every other Friday. Recycle and compost once every week on Friday. Please make sure the garage is out in the alley for pickup. For recycle, no bin is needed, just blue bags that can be left next to the garbage bin.
