Located less than a mile from a public boat ramp on one of the deepest parts of the lake! This house is perfect for swimming, fishing, skiing, or just relaxing. House features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with double oven, full size refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffee bar!! There are two living rooms! Main living boast 2 full size sofas, 2 recliners, a wood burning fireplace, two dining tables seating 16 people, and a loft overlooking it! The second shared living/gameroom boast a pool table, shuffle board table, bar seating that seats 8 people, and two full/twin bunk beds! Smart TV's in every room! Laundry room with washer, dryer and iron! Outside has large deck with dining table, lounge couch, hot tub and seating around a gas fireplace for roasting marshmellows.
