We are very excited to present our apartment in Hamburg-Alsterdorf. It is located in a small, very well-kept family apartment building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a south-facing balcony, where you can also enjoy the evening sun. Various bus lines and U-/S-Bahn stations are in the immediate vicinity. The space The apartments are tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It is divided into a spacious living/sleeping room, a sofa with TV, a dining table and chairs and a spacious kitchenette. The shower area and toilet are separated from each other. A rather unusual room layout combines another sleeping area (single bed 90 x 200 cm) with a walk-in comfort shower and washing facilities. Our cozy living/sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed with 2 separate mattresses each 90 x 200 cm. It features a comfortable 2-seater sofa overlooking a modern TV (satellite TV). A sufficiently large dining table with chairs invites you to eat. The kitchenette is bright and functional, it has everything you need for self-catering: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven at a comfortable height, toaster, coffee maker or kettle. Pots, pans and dishes are provided in sufficient quantities. Blackout curtains guarantee you an undisturbed sleep. The day bed in the spacious adjoining room offers an additional and comfortable sleeping option for 3 guests. The washing facility there and also the shower guarantee discretion in any case. Another washing facility is located in the separate toilet. Guest access Parking options: Some are free of charge right in front of the house on the street. The surrounding side streets also offer free parking in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note Dear guests, The final cleaning is billed directly through Airbnb. In addition, the Hamburg Culture and Tourism Tax applies to stays in Hamburg. This is calculated individually based on the nightly rate and the number of guests and nights. I will transparently inform you of the specific amount before or after booking. The tax is not collected through Airbnb and must be transferred separately before arrival. Bed linens are included in the stay. Towels can optionally be booked for €5.00 per person per stay. A security deposit is not charged for bookings made through Airbnb.
