Vacation on the Alster River - City-App. Alsterdorf upper floor

We are very excited to introduce you to our apartment / apartment in Hamburg-Alsterdorf. It is located in a small, very well maintained family apartment building. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a south-facing balcony, where you can also enjoy the evening sun. Various bus lines as well as subway/suburban train stations are in the immediate vicinity. The space The apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with everything necessary. It is divided into a spacious living/sleeping area, a sofa with TV, a dining table and chairs and a spacious kitchenette. The shower area and the toilet are separated from each other. A rather unusual room layout combines another sleeping space (single bed 90 x 200 cm) with a walk-in comfort shower and washing facilities. Our cozy living/sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed with 2 separate mattresses each 90 x 200 cm. It has a comfortable 2 seater sofa overlooking a modern TV set (satellite TV). A sufficiently large dining table with chairs invites you to eat. The kitchenette is bright and practical, it has everything necessary for self-catering: fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven in comfort height, toaster, coffee maker or kettle. Pots, pans and dishes are available in sufficient quantities. Blackout curtains guarantee you an undisturbed sleep. The daybed in the spacious adjoining room offers an additional and comfortable sleeping space for 3 guests. The washing facilities and the shower guarantee discretion in any case. Another washing facility is located in the separate toilet. Guest access Parking: Are partly free of charge directly in front of the house on the street. The surrounding side streets also offer free parking in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note Dear guests, 1) also in your interest, we conclude a rental agreement with each other. We are happy to provide this in advance so that everyone knows what they are getting into. 2) We charge a deposit from EUR 100 - EUR 300. 3) We have a mandatory acc. § 6 para. 3 HmbKTTG tourism tax to be reported and remitted. This is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately by the guest.
