The space Welcome to Birch Lane, a private home located on 86 acres minutes from Sunday River and Bethel, ME. Here you can enjoy a unique property that offers a relaxing and fun environment, accommodating a quick weekend getaway with friends and family, ski trips, retreats, Holiday celebrations, wedding celebrations, Birthday parties, showers, Bachelor and Bachelorette parties, and other special events. The house design is open and flooded with sunlight. The openness allows for large groups to spend time and dine together. There are additional tables and seating available. Swim year round in the private indoor salt water pool where the temperature is never below 86. In the winter we keep the water even warmer so you'll never hesitate to jump right in! A large hot tub is right outside the pool doors and there is a sauna as well. If you tire from swimming, play pool on the 9ft slate table or ping pong, beer pong, or air hockey. There are loads of board games and a movie theater with a 85"TV. The bar has two simulcast TVs so you'll never miss a game play. The bar has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and wine cooler. The 86acres surrounding the house offer a covered bridge, pond, sand beach, large open space, trails, and plenty of parking. Heron visit the pond searching for frogs, bears walk the yard, and deer pass by regularly. Three fire pits are available. A propane decorative fire pit on the deck is great to gather around while gilling or enjoying drinks under the clear night sky or enjoy a pizza in the large Solo brand wood fire pit outside the pool area using the pizza over attachments. Lastly, you can have a large fire by the pond and even cook over the open flames. The winter allows for skating on the pond and in summer you can paddle board or kayak in the provided boats or just lounge on the sandy beach.
