The space 1 acre lot, on cul-de-sac in quite neighborhood. 35 minutes to the airport, 8 minutes to grocery store and many shops. 15 minutes to Cave Creek. Primary bedroom has King size bed, futon, TV, soaking tub, large shower and a walk- in closet with extra linens and pillows. Room 2 also has King size bed, TV, private bathroom and exterior door to the back patio and pool. Rooms 3 and 4 both have Queen size beds and a jack-n-jill bathroom shared between them. All bedrooms have ceiling fans above the beds. There is a small desk, chair and printer in the 3rd bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Ninja coffee pot that will make a pot of coffee or use coffee pods. Large dining room table with 6 chairs and 4 barstools at the bar can be used at the table as well.
