There is a TV/DVD player and WIFI. The villa is only a 15 minute walk to the very center of Ubud. Great shopping, lots of restaurants, spas, yoga studios, etc. Available by the week or month/s. The apartment is a perfect place for someone on retreat, practicing yoga, or doing business in Bali. It is within walking distance to all the fabulous restaurants, spas, yoga classes and shopping Ubud has to offer. Private and Secure. There are 2 maids who work from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Saturday. Wayan and Made. They will clean the apartment, and make your stay comfortable and efficient. They are also available to make breakfast for an added fee. There also is a gardener who works from 9 to 5 to care for the garden, and weekly pool maintenance. There is a parking area for motorbikes on the property, and has no car access. Car parking can be arranged behind the temple on Jalan Sri Wedari. The villas are a short walk in on Jalan Sandat from Jalan Sri Wedari. It is easy to order a motorbike taxi (gojek) and food delivery. I live in the other half of the house which is completely separate, but am available for tips and information about Bali and traveling around Indonesia. Wayan the manager is always available for travel tips, arranging transportation and ordering food on line to be delivered. We live in a sweet village of painters and farmers called Taman Kaja and it is only a 15 minute walk from the villa through the village to the main street of Ubud. The apartment is quiet, private and secure. It is very easy to book a car and driver, motorbike taxi or bicycle near by. We are happy to arrange any pickups at the airport for an added fee or drop offs. The drivers can also be hired for the day to do site seeing around Bali. The Apartment is suitable for one person. If there is one extra person, there will be an added charge of $10 per person per night. A single mattress can be supplied for the separate office room, if needed.
