Welcome to Palm Paradise ! Our beautiful home features a giant screened pool and a relaxing covered patio surrounded by tropical landscaping in a safe quiet neighborhood. Palm trees border our entire backyard providing beautiful views and privacy. We are located close to the beaches; Clearwater Beach & Indian Rocks Beach are just minutes away. Please note our listing is for booking one bedroom along with shared spaces in our home . The space Your private bedroom looks out towards the patio & pool area through plantation shutters with a queen size bed, coffee station, microwave, Roku TV, WiFi access and a mini refrigerator. The shared double vanity bathroom is just across the hallway. Check in is available from 3 pm through 10 pm (we can be flexible regrading check in times - please communicate your check in plans and we can usually accommodate them) - Check out is at 11 am We're often home to welcome you, but if not access to our home is through the front door using a coded key box. One key is for the front door and one key is for your room. The code will be provided just before your arrival date. Your room and the outdoor patio have Roku Smart-TV's; we do not have cable. Feel free to use your own subscriptions or devices. We do have a cat; we do not allow any additional pets. We do not have a pool heater. Parking is on the street directly in front of the house. Please do not park anywhere else like in front of of neighbors. We ask that you do not park on the grass. Laundry usage is not available though we do have laundromats in our area; iron and ironing board are available upon request. The small closet in the bedroom is locked and not available for use. We cannot allow anyone other than our two registered guests into into our home. During your stay We’ll be available for questions or concerns in person, by text or Airbnb message.
