Get your ‘Latitude Change’ on SGI! With a fresh update of new paint, flooring and lighting, ‘Latitude Change’ is the perfect place for your next family getaway! The open living room is a great gathering space for family with a large, flat screen TV and Bluray player, 2 large sofas and plenty of board games for evenings spent together. The living room opens onto the furnished screened-in porch, a cozy place to enjoy lunch or dinner while listening to the crashing waves. Our kitchen has been revamped with all brand new stainless steel appliances and is well-equipped for your cooking needs. The eat-in breakfast bar seats up to 4, while the dining table can accommodate up to 8. A full size pantry makes grocery stocking easy and convenient and a gas grill can be found just outside on our covered porch. Our first Gulf facing bedroom has a Queen-size bed, flat screen TV and French-style doors which open onto a sundeck overlooking the driveway with peek-a-boo views of the Gulf. Across the hall is our bunk bedroom with 2 single bunk beds which can sleep up to 4. On the opposite end of the house is the second Gulf facing bedroom with Queen bed which also opens onto a sundeck and our fourth bedroom has 2 twin size beds. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space, fresh bedding and natural light. Both bathrooms are accessible from the main living quarters, just outside the bedrooms, and have combination tub/showers with grab bars for safety. Exterior amenities include a second refrigerator in our ground level laundry room, a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower and screened-in fish cleaning area. The large covered carport has plenty of room for multiple vehicles and beach gear, and is a nice shady spot for little ones to play. Brand new in 2020, enjoy your own 13x26 private swimming pool! Pool heat available with advance request for an additional $400 + tax per week. Enjoy easy beach access via a sandy beach access path located directly across the street from our home, where a quick 3 minute walk will put your toes in the sand. Want to check out the Bayside? Take a short 3 minute stroll in the opposite direction via a nature path just behind our home. It’s the best of both worlds!
