Queen-size air mattress that sleeps two. Smart TV mounted on the wall. Access to a pool table, darts, and various board games and activities. Total capacity in the living room: 5 guests. Kitchen and Dining: Full-size stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, countertop oven/Air Fryer. Starter pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Dining area that can seat 7 guests. Kitchen bar with two tall bar stools, seating for two. Total capacity for seated dining: 8 guests. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one located in the master bedroom. The grill may or not come with gas inside the tank, we are not responsible for an empty gas tank, we ask our guest to plan ahead, we also do not list this as an amenity as it could be removed prior to the stay without notice, please ask ahead of reservation. Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the back of the house near patio, just grab key and your all set. Access to the garage is not provided for entering, leaving, or parking cars. While our TV typically provides access to streaming services, please note that due to some streaming services account sharing policy, login status may vary. We strongly recommend bringing your own streaming service credentials to ensure uninterrupted viewing during your stay. Guest access It's worth mentioning that the property's garage has been transformed into a distinct living space. This separate area features its own private entrance, designated parking, and a secluded patio/backyard, ensuring privacy for both the main house and the converted garage. The washer and dryer have been moved to the rear of the house. It's important to note that the key for accessing this area is separate from the main key and can be found inside the home.
