With parking in front of the house, it is located half an hour drive from the capital, Cagliari, and 15min from Quartu Sant'Elena. The narrow, very gently sloping beautiful sandy beach of Capitana is in the immediate vicinity about 200m from the accommodation. Through a small front garden, the terrace leads to a large living room with smart TV + SAT TV, where there is a fully equipped kitchen a bathroom and a typical Sardinian barbecue area with washing machine in the backyard. On the upper floor you will find the 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and the upstairs windows also have an insect screen for a restful night. Shopping facilities as well as restaurants and a cafe are in the immediate vicinity. In the port of Capitana, which is a 15min. walk away, there is the possibility to rent a car, scooter or a boat or to get to know diving. Very nice beaches are the Poetto of Cagliari, the approx. 8 km long and very wide beach offers something for everyone. Sports facilities cafes and beach bars. Also the beaches in the direction of Villasimius such as the Spiaggia di Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Torre Delle Stelle, Solanas and the Costa Rei are just a small selection and easily accessible via the romantic coastal road.
