Balistyle guesthouse (incl Hottub) near Amsterdam

The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline. The space The apartment is very nice and cosy. Facilities are all brand new. Apart from the attic bedroom, everything is on the ground floor. You can also enjoy your own private terrace. Guest access The entire guest-house is available (private entrance). It has a free of charge private parking place suitable for several cars. the pool is shared with an other bnb. Other things to note Lots of entertainment: - Caravan The caravan is only available when you book more then 3 persons an extra price is being charged. if you book only 3 persons you can't use the caravan and sleep in the house.. - HotTub included with a all year around Hottub heated with Wood that is included in the price. -SnowWorld: an indoor snow facility for Snowboarding and Skiing with a funpark for the freestylers. -Spaarnwoude recreational area: located between Amsterdam, Haarlem and Velsen. At Spaarnwoude, you can walk, bike or skate while enjoying the typical Dutch landscape. There’s plenty of space to play and relax, as well as tons of activities like paintball, a climbing wall, putting green, canoeing, swimming and move. The recreational area is host to several large events every summer. -Golfcourse: 66 holes, 5 golf courses, 12 pitch&putt holes, driving range a restaurant & shops. -Ruigoord: a creative village surrounded by an industrial harbour atmosphere just outside Amsterdam. In 1973, the abandoned village was squatted by a group of artists from Amsterdam and has since become a small but flourishing community.
