Welcome to The Brewer's Loft. The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 storey house, renovated in June 2021. It has 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a living room with 2 additional beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. We, the owners, live on the first 2 floors and share a stairway. It's located on a quiet street and a 3 minute walk to public transportation or an easy bike ride taking you downtown. The Brewer's Loft is great for families or mature guests - not a party place :-) The space While the house is over 100 years old, the top floor just went through a complete renovation, everything from the rooftiles to the kitchen sink to the bathroom tiles. There is one bedroom with two American-sized single beds that can either be set together or separately. There is one living room that can also be used as a bedroom for two people, with two single beds that can again be either set together or separately. There is a pack-n-play portable crib available for an infant. A beautiful bathroom offers a rainfall shower. Guest access The apartment shares a stairway with the family home on the first two floors. This is a good place to stay for a family or quiet friends, but this is not a place to stay for loud guests / parties. Please note there is no smoking anywhere on the premises, neither indoor nor outdoors. Other things to note You are very close to downtown! You are less than 500 meters from the S-train station Ny Ellebjerg, which will take you to the Main Train station. A bit further in the opposite direction is the S-train Valby Station which will also take you there, going past Carlsberg Byen. In addition to that there are multiple bus routes taking you in any direction you desire. Inquire, please, about parking if you plan to bring a car. Paid parking is available.
