Quaint Lake Erie Vacation Cottage

Enjoy this well maintained private home just a short walk from secluded Lake Erie access. Located just outside of Van Buren Point, you will enjoy private lake living. Proximity to Lake Erie State Park, Dunkirk Waterfront, SUNY @ Fredonia, historic Chautauqua Institution & Lake Erie wine trail. Three bedrooms, two baths, covered back porch, large yard w/ fire pit for lots of family memories! Washer and dryer on first floor and WIFI! The pool on the neighboring property is NOT part of the rental. The space This is a whole cottage dedicated to our guests! You will not be sharing this property with any other guests. Guest access With this whole cottage, you also have access to the yard, the lake, porches and driveway. Other things to note House Rules • Only guests who were registered at the time of booking may stay. (Unless otherwise discussed with us) • NO PARTIES • NO pets • NO smoking anywhere on property or in home. Including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars and or pipes. • No illegal substances of any kind. • Must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. • No glass on beach. • Please be respectful of our home and belongings * No rearranging of furniture * Indoor furniture and bedding are for INDOORS. (this also includes bath towels and blankets) * Outdoor furniture is for OUTDOORS. • Quiet time is 11:00pm - 7:00am. Please be courteous and respectful of our neighbors. • Check out is at 10:00am. • Upon check out...... * Please be sure dishes are washed. * Rinse and place all recycling in blue can provided. (zero sort) * Take out all trash and throw in the dumpster * Towels may be left in the bathroom or in a laundry basket near the washer. * You may leave the house keys on the island. • Most importantly......
