Your Cozy Bear adventure begins here❗️ Guest access You will enjoy the entire home and large fenced yard. Please note: Refrigerator in game room is not intended for guest use. Other things to note *FULLY FENCED YARD-In order to preserve our spectacular views, the fully fenced yard is iron fencing and not privacy fencing. *PARKING-2 spaces available. No street parking per local regulations. *HOME SAFETY -We’ve happily hosted dozens of families with children and we do provide a baby gate. However, please note that our home is NOT otherwise baby, infant, and child proofed. Safety concerns include but are not limited to stairs, hot oven / stove, cleaning chemicals, hot tub, furniture corners, and electrical outlets. *SNOW REMOVAL- We will arrange snow removal for accumulation greater than 3 inches. This will include the front steps and driveway. For your privacy we will not enter the back of the property or upper deck. Snow shovels are provided for your convenience.
