The space The house has 4 bedrooms (plus a children's playroom with 2 twin bunkbeds), 3.5 bathrooms, a massive living room, a billiards room with a full-sized and fully-equipped bar (liquor not included... ;), two wood-burning fireplaces, a sauna, and 36 acres of land which run along a beautiful rushing creek. The house features a brand-new and fully-equipped kitchen with brand new floors, marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and modern finishes. The adjacent dining room features a table set for 8, perfect for dinner parties and game nights. Step down two stone steps to the grand living room, which has tons of seating space, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV for cozy movie nights by the fire. Each bedroom is fitted with the comfiest mattresses, pillows and bedding. The massive primary bedroom, up a flight of stairs, has a king size bedroom, a living area, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony. Guest access You have access to the entire home and property. Other things to note Please note: the home is almost entirely private BUT -- across the driveway is another home where a farmer, a very sweet gentleman who works the land, lives. The back yard area is on the opposite side of the house to where the farmer lives so any potential encounters with him would be minimal.
