I crafted this space to be a sanctuary for weary travelers with no shared walls and a single upstairs neighbor. It's a smart alternative to a hotel business center with a private workspace equipped with a monitor, docking station, and high-speed internet (80 MB/s) for an effective home base on business travel. To relax, look no further than outside your window at the pool and fitness-center. Going out is also convenient as access to downtown Denver is just a ten minute walk to the light-rail. Very peaceful and safe area with stellar restaurants to keep you well-fed. Huntington Acres Park is right down the road and is great for a morning jog or afternoon walk. It also has a playground and basketball court open to the public. If you keep walking North along the park path, you will come across two tennis courts in the middle of the forest for a very peaceful set of tennis. Just a 10 minute walk to Arapahoe Station will give you easy access to downtown Denver for a fun night out. For a more low-key night in, the shopping center just south of Boston Commons is home to Sushi Katsu and India's Castle, two excellent dine-in or take-out restaurants. There is no assigned parking at Boston Commons so you may park wherever you like. Generally speaking, parking is abundant in DTC so if you're driving your car around you can usually park close to your destination if not right at the destination. To access downtown Denver, your options are to take Interstate 25 North or take the Light-Rail from Arapahoe Station. My recommendation is to take the Light-Rail as traffic can be bad depending on the time of day and any events going on in Denver. The Light-Rail is cheap, reliable, and easy to navigate.
