The interior common areas include a powder room, great room with TV, open concept dining area, and central kitchen with adjacent TV den. Two en suite bedrooms provide a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other. The other two bedrooms share a full bath in between – one with a queen bed, the other with twins. All four bedrooms have a smart TV. There’s so much to do for the whole gang! Walk to the beach, take a leisurely bicycle ride to Brookgreen Gardens or Huntington Beach State Park, grill and eat outdoors on the shaded patio, relax on the front porch rockers, play in the outdoor game area, stream your favorite programs in nearly any room of the house, and so much more. Bring your skiff! The side entrance parking space can accommodate a boat trailer up to 23’ making it convenient to explore the pristine inlet creeks and lazy Waccamaw River. While the beach is a walkable distance, the nearby public access ways provide free parking making it more convenient to bring your favorite beach provisions. And while you can take the car, renting a golf cart makes it fun!
