The lounge, with dual aspect windows is light and bright and features a stunning log burner to keep you cosy on those winter nights. Views across Croyde bay will keep you entertained for hours. A well equipped traditional cottage style kitchen/diner and shower room complete the ground floor accommodation. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, once again benefitting from views across the bay and a further twin bedroom to the front of the property. The self contained annex is just a couple of meters away and features a super-king size bed (can also be configured as twins) a shower room/utility and an informal seating area facing patio doors with views to the rear garden and out to the Bay. Perfect for older children who prefer a bit of Independence or perhaps a personal retreat for guests who are looking for some additional privacy. You are really spoilt when it comes to outside space. To the front of the property you have views across the hills of Down End. An built in BBQ and eating area tucked in a private corner offer the opportunity for some alfresco dining.
