How beautiful you can look at the sea - you can't put it into words - no matter where you are in the room - the sea is at your feet - by the way, the most beautiful fine sandy beach is not far from the house. The living area is very open and spacious - a large well-equipped kitchen - of course with great sea views - is connected to the dining area/dining table for 6 people and the living room area with sofas. And right in the direction of the garden (totally fenced) you open the large glass sliding doors and are on the south terrace with sunbeds and garden furniture - the Weber grill should not be missing either. Next to the dining table, the kitchen has a small sea view bar with sea view terrace access. On the floor is the large master bedroom with its own garden access and private bathroom ensuite (shower). Each bedroom has a small office corner (or practically as a make-up corner) and its own TV - with international satellite programs - the closet must not be missing either. The house is wonderful for a family vacation even if you have difficulty walking - from the parking lot to the entrance of the house everything is on the ground floor and now you have the choice of stairs or elevator - this is also really comfortable. The region where the really beautiful holiday home is located is famous for its long finest sandy beaches a stone's throw away from you - in front of you are kilometers of dune landscapes and associated fine sandy beach - and you will be amazed at how little touristy our beautiful region is - even in midsummer there is nothing overcrowded here - I always say our corner is and remains an insider tip and here the world is still in order - gentle temperatures in summer, clean clear often turquoise shimmering sea, fresh air - wonderfully clear sky.....a region to fall in love with if you really "like to come down".
