After you have arrived and parked your car in the private parking lot in front of the house, you enter a lovely entrance area with a large cloakroom. Through the industrial glass, you can see your jacuzzi and a shower in the spa area. Continue either by stairs or comfortably - with the elevator to the living area on the second floor. How beautiful it is to look at the sea - you can't put it into words - no matter where you are in the room - the sea is at your feet - by the way, the most beautiful fine sandy beach is not far from the house. The living area is very open and spacious - a large well-equipped kitchen - of course with great sea views - is connected to the dining area / dining table for 6 people and the living room area with sofas. And right towards the garden (totally fenced) you open the large glass sliding doors and are on the south terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture - the Weber grill is also a must. In addition to the dining table, the kitchen also has a small sea view bar with sea view terraces access. On the floor is the large master bedroom with private garden access and private bathroom ensuite (shower). Each bedroom has a small office corner (or practically as a make-up corner) a private TV - with international satellite programs - the wardrobe must not be missing either, this bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and its own toilet. On the first floor, a spacious guest toilet accessible for people with disabilities was also accommodated. Continue with the elevator to the second floor - again a wonderful view of the sea - a small seating area allows, for example, the quiet reading of a book from the living area. The two bedrooms on the second floor are also spacious with a TV cabinet and small office area. The toilet is separate here and the bathroom too - there is even a nice bathtub to relax - the shower is integrated there - a shower enclosure is available. Unfortunately, many homeowners with beautiful comfortable houses do not accept pets - at Villa Tante Alice it is different - here dear dogs are always very welcome and the upper garden is also enclosed by a fence. The house is wonderful for a family vacation even if you have difficulty walking - from the parking lot to the entrance of the house everything is on the ground floor and now you have the choice of stairs or elevator - this is also really comfortable. The region where the really beautiful holiday home is located is famous for its long finest sandy beaches a stone's throw away from you - in front of you are kilometers of dune landscapes and associated fine sandy beach - and you will be amazed at how little touristy our beautiful region is - even in midsummer there is nothing overcrowded here - I always say our corner is and remains an insider tip and here the world is still in order - gentle temperatures in summer, clean clear often turquoise shimmering sea, fresh air - wonderfully clear sky.....a region to fall in love with if you really "like to come down". Other things to note A great, comfortable vacation home with lots of space for a small number of overnight guests – that's already a luxury – and a vacation home with an elevator; that's also rare – really great for older vacation guests as well. Then there's also a great sea view and the fine sandy beach right outside the door. It should also be noted that with such a standard, pets are allowed – that is also a plus and not a given everywhere. Then a beautiful, completely enclosed garden facing south – with beautiful garden furniture, sun loungers and a Weber grill.
